Hello and welcome. My name is Sue Anne, and I am honoured to be known as ‘The Celebrant by Your Side.’ From our very first conversation to the day of your ceremony, I am here to listen, to support, and to gently guide you through every step of the journey.
My ceremonies are never ‘one-size-fits-all.’ Instead, they are woven with care, meaning, and compassion, so that each person feels truly seen, valued, and celebrated. This is why I do what I do, and it is my privilege to walk beside you.
I became a celebrant following one of life’s most profound losses. When my husband and I lost our 19 yr old son Adam in a car accident in 2014, our world changed forever. In the years that followed, I realised how deeply important it is to honour life’s moments — whether joyous or sorrowful — in a way that feels true, personal, and filled with love. That is why it is so important to me to ensure as much as is humanly possible that, every ceremony I craft is designed around you, your story, your loved ones, and your values.
I am a Legal Wedding Solemniser, Family, and Funeral Celebrant based in County Tipperary, Ireland, which of course offers couples the option to include the legal element in their wedding ceremony. With training across a wide range of celebrancy and holistic practices, I bring professionalism, warmth, and compassion to each ceremony I create. Whether it’s a wedding, a baby naming, or a farewell, I ensure it reflects the individuality, personality, and wishes of those at its heart.
For me, being a celebrant is not simply a role, it is a vocation — one rooted in love, understanding, and respect for the unique journey of every person and family I meet.
As your celebrant, I bring not only training and experience, but also empathy, openness, and deep respect. Every ceremony is written with care, crafted with love, and delivered with presence.
